To begin the design process, two members of our Design team will visit your property and collect all of the necessary data to build three-dimensional, scaled models of the project. This data collection includes elevations, all existing structures and all plants and trees within the property line.
Once input into our program, Lead Designer, Byron Rocke will create a conceptual design that captures all of the clients specific features they are looking to include within their outdoor space.
At our second meeting, these revisions will be refined until we have a project Master Plan.
Using the Master Plan, we can then generate phased construction, and on going quotes so that you can choose what you would like to accomplish while keeping your project on budget.
What is Included
Our Landscaping Design Package
- A site consultation with Byron Rocke and other relevant company designers.
- Our design crew will collect site measurements, site photographs, and create an elevation survey of the property (full payment for design package is required before data collection takes place).
- From here we create the 3D presentation of the first draft of the plan..
- After reviewing the design with the client, a master plan is created.
- 3D digital images and videos (1-2 videos) of the conceptual plans are emailed to the client.
- Phased construction estimate provided based on client budget.
- Scaled construction drawings prepared for our construction crew prior to beginning.
- Drawings are available upon request starting at $1000/sheet. This includes an overall design plan, a hardscape plan, a softscape plan, a dimensional plan, and the corresponding construction details reviewed by a Landscape Architect.
